Team Information

New Practice Site: Effective Thursday, January 21, 2010, we will add another practice facility. Both Jr. Varsity teams will continue to practice at King Lab on Monday however, they will no longer pratice at King Lab on Wednesdays instead, they will practice every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM until 7:30 PM at the Nichols Middle School Gymnasium located at 800 Greenleaf Street, Evanston, IL 60202 (please enter the gym from the Sherman St. side entrance). The Varsity team will continue to practice on Mondays and Wednesdays at King Lab from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

The program sponsors two teams: 9-11 years old (Jr. Varsity) and 11-13 years old (Varsity). In order to participate, the player must commit to attending practice twice a week on time and, be available for all games.

The players must agree to conflict resolution whether it be in school, at practice, during games or where it counts the most, at home. The players must return a weekly academic progress report and must meet certain standards in order to be eligible to compete in a game for that week.

The players are also expected to exhibit respect for themselves and others, they must not be critical of their teammates and, they must agree to participate in all team building exercises.
